Before You Book:

First and Foremost....

If you are having symptoms related to COVID, please be in contact with me and I will reschedule you and your deposit will be held for that day. The most important thing is communication and integrity.


Booking
In order to book your appointment, you will need to submit a deposit of $25. Please be mindful that I don't have access to any of your personal card information. if you are requesting an appointment and there are none available, you can request a squeeze in appointment and an additional fee of $15 will be added to your service.  Booking opens the 15th every month.(For Prestige, it opens on the 7th of every month)


Forms
REQUIRED FORMS: COVID Liability Form and the Medical and Social History Consultation Form prior to coming to your APPOINTMENT. All forms should be completed and filled out thoroughly and with integrity. All forms will be sent to your email and phone number that was used when booking your appointment. If you are having a difficult time navigating the forms, feel free to reach out to the shop with any questions.

If your forms are not complete when you arrive, you will have to fill them out before your appointment can be started, so please arrive early.
If you are booking any of the specialty services(Chemical peels, micro-needling, nano-infusion, teeth whitening, eye lashes etc.), the appropriate forms will be required to be completed by the client. Booking a consultation(virtual or in- person) is also available for any client either new or existing.  The consultation fee can be applied to the service as your deposit if booked at the end of the service. Consultations are offered by appointment through the booking site. 


Tardiness/Cancellations
It is encouraged for you to try your best to arrive on time, so that you can be able to get the most out of your visit. You will have a 10 minute grace period but after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations due to tardiness is subject to a cancellation fee(the remainder of the service). I want everyone to be able to reach his or her skincare goals but please respect my time and others who are waiting to book an appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment within the 24 hours, this is considered a no show. If you no-show, you will FORFEIT your deposit of $25 and you will be charged the balance due for the service. If you have to reschedule your appointment and you do so before the 24 hours, you do not need to submit another $25 deposit; if you know the day that you want to reschedule, we will gladly reschedule and credit your deposit toward your rescheduled appointment.

Please be mindful, if you call or text the studio, there may be a delay as the receptionist is busy attending to clients. Also I will not respond if I am with a client out of respect for the client. I want everyone to have amazing and glowing skin, but we have to be respectful of everyone’s time.

Group Booking

Thank You for considering us to host your event. We are confident that we will be able to meet your needs and make this experience one to remember. A group session is considered 3 or more clients. The event will be provided with refreshments and decorations. There is an additional 50 dollars for this services. If there is a different choice of refreshments or decorations that you would prefer, this will have to be provided by the booking client. Group sessions should be booked at least 2 weeks ahead of time. If you are trying to book this session within that timeframe, there will be a squeeze in fee applied for each person. All names of the party should be provided along with numbers and emails, in order to complete necessary consent forms. There is a $250 deposit in order to hold a specific date. The remaining balance should be paid a week before the event. Please be aware that any add on services or upgrades should be discussed prior to the event and paid after service is completed(ex. 3 guest: 2 Beauty T Facial and 1 Royal T Facial; You will be charged for 3 Beauty T Facials and after the client receives the Royal T Facial, the client will be charged the difference on the day of the event after the session has been performed). If you are trying to book nail services please coordinate a date through the shop.  Acceptable forms of payment are coming directly into the shop using a card/cash or paying through an invoice. 


Parking
Please be mindful that there is metered street parking. It is consistent with state regulations and policies. We have to be on time with all appointments in order to prevent others from having to stay later than scheduled time and potentially receiving a ticket. if you end up extending your time past the time allotted on the meter due to BT, BT will provide you with additional funds to cover the time. If you receive a ticket which is not due to paying the meter, BT will not be responsible for this.
